Royce L. Rhea, a former IRS agent, instructor and supervisor, understands the importance of tax preparation and has built a clientele that consists of individuals as well as small business owners. AS the manager of J.C. Bradford's "Wealth Management Division", Royce taught other financial advisors the significance of asset allocation and continues to focus on the advantages of asset management and the "wrap fee" programs offered through Financial Network. Knowledge and experience play a key role in helping Royce's clients effectively work toward their financial goals.

A resident of Franklin, Tennessee, Royce is very active in the community. He provides financial planning seminars on a regular basis for several corporations and is a frequent guest speaker, board member, and committee chair person for various groups, such as the Tennessee Society of Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. Royce enjoys working with the youth of Williamson County by having served on the Principals' Advisory Council and by speaking on career days for the Franklin Special School District as well as working with the gifted program of the Williamson County School District.

After graduation from Texas Tech University, Royce earned his Certified Public Accountant designation and the related Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
